This room offers a Queen bed and one single pullout bed

Formal Living room on the first floor offers a door for  privacy as well as a  closet and a twin pullout.

This home also offers a second living room, dining room, full kitchen, large three season room,half bath, full bath, and large laundry room.

This Inn does have some small steps to enter the property and it should be noted all bedrooms,with the exception of the common area pullout twin,all bedrooms are upstairs as well as the full bath. This property  will sleep 12 people.

$200 per stay

Guest Credit Card will remain on file till after checkout In case of any loss or damages.

Erie County and Milan Twp. Ohio Require a 7% tax on all stays less then 30 days.

Within 24hrs prior to Checkin you, will receive an email and or text with your personal key code for

your stay. Check in is at 4pm. Eariler  check ins will be  accommodate if possible upon prior request .

Checkout is at 11am. Late checkout we’ll be  accommodated if possible upon prior request.

100% refund  is offered to guests who cancel 30 days before the arrival date. A  50% refund if canceled 14 days before arrival. No refunds if canceled after 7days of arrival.
